School Council Executive
The school council executive positions of Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary are volunteer positions and elections are held annually at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the end of each school year. Information about elections and the AGM will be emailed to all families at the school, as well as, posted on the École Campbelltown School Council Facebook site.

School council organizes the following committees to recommend and coordinate various initiatives at the school. If you have ideas for any of these committees, or would be interested in contributing to a committee, please email school council.

Ad-hoc School Council Committees
School council forms various ad-hoc committees throughout the year, such as for the Welcome Back BBQ and the Halloween Dance. Upcoming school community initiatives and the need for volunteers will be advertised through school council emails, meeting Minutes and Facebook.
Parent Liaison Association Executive
The ECPLA executive positions of Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer and Secretary are volunteer positions and elections are held annually at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the end of each school year. Information about elections and the AGM will be emailed to all families at the school.
Hot Lunch Volunteers
ECPLA organizes the hot lunch program at the school. Volunteers are needed to help on the day of hot lunch with sorting and delivering food to the classrooms. Volunteer positions will be advertised through SignUpGenius emails. Please email ECPLA with any questions.
Fundraising Committee
ECPLA recruits interested volunteers to help organize fundraisers for the school. If you have fundraising ideas to share or are interested in joining this committee, please email ECPLA.
